You're still glowin', you're still crowin'

I’ll start off with an update: I added 15 Patterns that are free for visitors to use. They are tiled seamlessly and they make nice layout backgrounds 
I had to go to work today, and my god it was so boring. It was a four hour shift that seemed to just draaaaaaaaaaag on. Not to mention I felt like I was going to either pass out or puke half the time :/ It just overall wasn’t a nice afternoon for me. But after I finished work I got to hang out with David (my boyfriend) which was good because with the new semester, I’m not going to get to see him as much as I did this semester.. which is gonna suck.
And today, for the first time in all of the… five years? (holy crap.. it’s been that long already) that I’ve been making websites and blogs and doing graphic design, I told someone offline about my other site. Not about my blog, because that’s too personal, but my quotes site. I try not to tell anyone about it because I don’t want them seeing blog posts if I’m ranting about something they did or something.. idk I guess it’s just easier and creates less drama that way. No one even knew I liked graphic design until last year when I took Graphic Design at school (and got a 90% for my final mark.. the highest mark in the class) and then took Web Design this year (and again, got around a 95% for the final mark.. not to brag or anything 
). My teacher tells me all the time that I would be able to go straight to working as a graphic designer after highschool with the skill level I have, but no one would actually want to hire someone without the college credits. I never really thought I was that skilled, but apparently my teacher thinks so 
Speaking of designing, I’m going to try to skin the site soon. I haven’t really seen skinned sites for a few years, but I made a new layout last night that I want to use, but I love this one too much to get rid of it already. And plus, then you guys can have a choice of whatever skin you want to use if you don’t like the default one.
Well, I’m off to study for my G1 a bit before I go to bed. I could have got it when I turned 16, but I never bothered and then the driver’s test people were on strike for months so I couldn’t. My mom’s going to take me tomorrow to get it, so hopefully I can pass and for the next eight months I can at least drive with an adult in the car.. then after that it’s freedom for me
