Freecatcher

Now that I am done school, I have a bit more free time. Not for long, as I’m currently working 2 jobs (one part time, and one full time as of wednesday) but I’m trying to take advantage of what free time I DO have. Time that used to be spent worrying about projects I had yet to finish or getting to school on time is now spent watching free movie downloads. I am a huge movie/TV fan, but it was so hard to find time during school to watch many movies. And without Megavideo anymore, it’s hard to find places to watch movies online for free anymore!
www.freecatcher.com is a great place to look for many free samples of boks, clothing, food products, household items and more. There’s multiple categories and hundreds of samples available for those products that you may be interested in, but want to try a sample of before you actually spend the money buying it. There’s even free episodes of different TV shows from iTunes, which is handy to put in your iPod/iPhone to watch when you’re waiting somewhere or maybe commuting via train/bus. So if you’re looking for a sample of anything, or just want to browse, be sure to check out these links for free samples by mail 2012.

Almost the end…

I am almost done my first year of school. I have one day & two classes left to finish. The other 7 are done, but for tomorrow I have an exam to study for, and two projects to (start/)finish. I am beyond excited to be done, even though as soon as I’m done I’ll go back into working- and may even end up with a full time summer job somewhere new, but I will post more about that later. I apologize for my complete lack of blogging. School has been taking up time. Work has been taking up time. Life has been taking up time. My life is…. well, kind of a mess right now. Not really in a terrible way. I am not the same person I was even in January of this year, and I don’t know how I feel about that. I am happy, but I am not. I have too much stuff to do to explain it all right now, but I just wanted to post that I am alive and well! But I will be better tomorrow afternoon.
I should be working on my projects now, but instead I’m procrastinating and browsing Geek Toys 2012. It’s a pretty awesome site filled with Petsmart coupons, Amazon promotional code and many amazing, cheap products. I already found something that I want to get my mom for christmas, and the prices are great! But alas, it is 11:59 and I told myself that I’d start all of my projects at noon so here I go…

The Geek In Me

I am a true geek at heart. I don’t always express it, and sometimes (usually) the country girl in me shines a whole lot more, but I will always be a sucker for something geeky (especially guys, but that’s a whole new topic). So I was pleasantly surprised when I came across a site filled with Geek Toys. I spent way too much time looking at all of the cool things they showcase on the site, and finding a ExpressCopy promo code. I should really be getting ready to go to class, but instead I’m sitting here looking through hundreds of gadgets that tickle my geek fancy. I know I would definitely be buying the Photoshop Shortcut Keyboard Decals if I hadn’t just purchased $63 worth of stuff online yesterday.
As a (future) graphic designer, printing is something that I’ll be doing for the rest of my life. For school projects, we have access to state of the art printers but when it’s a personal project, the 123 Print promotional codes found on Geek Alerts will really come in handy for me. You can get free shipping, $10 off, and many other coupons all in one place! Be sure to check it out if you need any printing done.

Cha Ching!

It was my mom’s 46th birthday on Saturday, and to celebrate we went to the casino. Chris Cagle (a country singer) was playing there so we bought tickets & then went into the casino after to play some slots. It was the first time I’ve actually gone to play, and it was pretty fun! I didn’t end up winning anything, but it was money that my dad had given me specifically to go so not a loss for me. We also signed up for the rewards circle, so we got a free $5 to play that night, and we get a free $10 the next time we go back so that’s pretty exciting!
Going to the casino got me looking online for different casino related things. I wanted to learn a bit more about poker (though I don’t think it’s something I’ll risk playing at the casino- minus the video poker games) and I came across Multipoker.com. It’s a great site that teaches the basics and rules of poker. I used to play with my sisters and cousins when I was younger, so it’s a great refresher to help me remember all of the different hands that are possible and their order. And if you sign up for their partner site, you can get a $500 bonus when signing up! Definitely check out the site if you’re into poker or any gambling, or even if you’re not!
